The role is aimed to act as a strategic Function HR business partner for over 10 functions including Supply Chain, Management Services and Global functions. The incumbent will support the deployment of People and Organization strategy and goals aligned with Group strategy. They will be the main point of contact for line managers and employees while aligning and executing key KPIs with relevant stakeholders in the organization. Main Responsibilities:

People Development & Talent Management:

• Support internal customers and HR organization in analyzing current organizational structure and its fitness to business need, contributing to the definition and communication of new organizational models
