• The Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant supports the L&D team in the delivery of training and employee engagement programmes/activities pertaining to YMCA of Singapore. Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retention programs that enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rate.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on employee engagement and job satisfaction.
• Collaborate with managers to create career development plans and succession pathways for high-potential employees.
• Plan, organize, and execute various company-wide events, including team-building activities, recognition ceremonies, and workshops.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through creative initiatives, team-building exercises, and recognition programs.
• Travel around to visit employees for feedbacks.
• Assist in Talent Acquisition.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite

• Oversee daily HR Admin operations of the office, including meeting coordination, courier arrangement, procurement, file management etc.
• Support general HR functions, including leave tracking, benefits administration, insurance management
• Handle the process of employees' onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to Mindef / IRAS / CPF, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
• Coordinate office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is organized and conducive for productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, Administration, Business / Office Management
• Mandarin speaking - to communicate with chinese associates
• 5 days work week (Hybrid - 4days office + 1 day work from home)
• Work location at Amoy Street
• Salary $3500 - $4500
• 2 mths AWS + VB
