Job Description

Our HR & Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, supporting human resources functions, bridging the communication gaps, enhancing employee experience, and facilitating compliance and to achieve the organizational mission, vision and goals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the HR day-to-day functions and foster a positive and productive work environment. Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and Office functions.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and standards.

Workplace Management

• Manage all work/office assets and pantry supplies.
• Oversee and ensure the general maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment.
• Uphold workplace health & safety standards and ensure compliance by all employees.
• Assist with training and certification related to workpleace health and safety as ncessary.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in HR and Office administration or similar role
• Experience in managing the recruitment processes will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Wroks and Excel and HR Cloud-based systems (Info-Tech)
