Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducti ng financial analysis, generating financial reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in assessing financial performance, identifying trends, and recommending to optimize business operations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.

Responsibilties

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Assist in the prepare on of budget guidelines, assumptions, and templates.

Review and analyse budget proposals, identifying risks and opportunities.

Monitor budget performance, prepare variance reports, and provide explanations for budget deviations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Gather and analyse financial data to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas of improvement.

Prepare financial reports, including budget vs. actuals analysis, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monitor and track financial metrics, such as profitability, liquidity, and other ratios, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Manage Capex process including budget, commitment and actual tracking with variance analysis.

Support cashflow management.

Financial Modelling and Decision Support:

Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.

Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment (ROI) of new projects or business ventures.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial modelling and analysis.

Financial Systems and Process Improvement:

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial systems and processes.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.

Participate in the implementation and testing of financial systems and tools.

Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.

Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial statement analysis.

Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis using spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, financial databases).

Job Responsibilites

Billing and invoicing

Perform day to day billing operations
