• Ensure accurate bank details and timely submission of bank files; provide payroll GL to finance for reconciliation, file IR21 for foreign resignees and annual IR8A.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors.
• Assist in payroll system upgrades and maintain the confidentiality of payroll data.

2. Talent Acquisition & Training:

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition, including job postings, resume screening, interviews arrangement, reference checks, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Draft and update job descriptions.
• Assist in talent retention strategies.
• Handle work pass applications & renewals and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain applicant tracking system.
• Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars.

3. HR Operations:

• Administer employee lifecycle events (contract renewals, internal transfers, probation, promotions, etc.) and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits management (insurance, leaves, claims), and support HR policy implementation.
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives and manage surveys.

4. Administration:

• Support the organization of company events (festivals, anniversaries, team-bonding).
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in HR/Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration/HR operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading a small team.
• Proficient in Infotech payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of payroll principles, taxation, and labor laws in Singapore.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and prepare all administration duties related to HR issues (eg. letter of appointment, confirmation, year-end appraisal exercise)

The Audit Partner will oversee our teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam, managing a clientele that includes many established MNCs and listed companies, both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Oversee full spectrum of assurance client portfolio, The ideal candidate is single minded in their pursuit of ensuring compliance, ethical and achieves this goal through optimizing reporting procedures and driving the successful function of the audit team.

• Manage a portfolio of assurance clients , developing new client relationship to ensure business growth.
• Responsible for audit engagements’ quality is in compliance with professional standards and requirements, delivery, and budget including control of billings and payment collection.
• Performance other non-audit assignment such as - IPO, financial due diligent, valuation, etc.
• Possesses and conformance with up-to-date technical knowledge on auditing, IT and accounting.
• Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competences.
• Actively impart technical skills to team members through on-the-job training (OJT), constant check on performance of the team and tries to resolve any discrepancies, if any.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Practice Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority).
• Must hold the Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and be a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
• Proven track record in auditing Singapore-listed companies, demonstrating deep knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
