Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The mission of our compliance and risk management functions is to protect the firm from internal and external threats for the successful sustainability of its business.

Within this framework, the Employee shall have responsibilities in both regulatory (MAS, ACRA, and other relevant authorities) and operating compliance as well as portfolio administration for the funds and fund management companies in our group. Regulatory compliance refers compliance to statutory and regulatory ordinances that govern these companies; whereas operating compliance includes self-governance policies set by the firm’s standard operating procedures, work practice as well as protocols required by our boards and investment committees. The Employee shall also be assigned projects related to the above responsibilities from time to time as the firm responds to the evolving demands of risk management.

• Ensure the timely completion of assembly builds and tests in compliance with specified requirements, drawings, and work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage VMware and other vCenter environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain Meraki switches and access points, as well as Fortigate firewalls, ensuring network security and efficiency.
• Administer Windows servers, including MS-SQL and IIS servers to support development projects and assist with creating queries and reports.
• Support and maintain Windows workstations and laptops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Implement and manage backup/recovery solutions, along with comprehensive disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and operations.
• Collaborate with HQ to align with corporate IT standards, including maintaining and updating ISO documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Able to start within short notice is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of VMware and vCenter environments.
• Proficient in SQL and IIS server management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows servers and workstations.
• Familiar with Meraki and Fortigate products.
• Experience in office 365 installation and configuration.
