The Role:

We are looking for an in-house jewellery designer. You will be working directly with the customers and to create bespoke designs. This role is multi-faceted and you would be also operating as a sales executive when clients are in the boutique. When you are with clients, you are expected to provide them with product knowledge and effectively sell both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. As a designer, you need to be able to discuss a range of design options and formulate creative original ideas. You would be required to sketch out ideas and designs, sometime using computer-aided design (CAD), to help the client visualize the final design.

WBCSD Asia Pacific represents the interests of WBCSD across Asia and the Oceania. The Senior Associate will support the Executive Director in raising the profile of WBCSD in the Asia Pacific market through strengthened member and prospect engagement, strategic communications, and targeted events. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in planning, coordination and execution role for all member facing engagement, mapping member needs with WBCSD programs, to deliver our content. The role will be reporting to the Executive Director, Asia Pacific.

Main Responsibilities

• Creation, management and internal/external communication of a member engagement program around the Membership criteria and projects, engaging 50+ members across Asia & Pacific
• Coordination and delivery of an ongoing series of in person dialogues with businesses across Asia and the Pacific, amplifying WBCSD content on the most pressing issues for the region and WBCSD
• Development and execution of the WBCSD APAC event 2025, as a tier 2 event for WBCSD
• Co-ordination and optimization of LT and ELG presence across Asia and the Pacific to support the strategy, maximizing efficiency and impact

Qualifications, skills and experience

The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience working in a business development or sales & marketing related role.

• A Bachelor’s degree or a higher education with a focus on business, management, environmental or sustainability related education tracks preferred
• 4- 7 years of professional experience in sales, including inside sales, and marketing and excellent key account sales skills, with proven successful track record in consultative selling situations
• Hands-on digital sales and marketing expertise using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Experience and comfort interacting at high levels in corporations, in different cultural contexts and complex project-type sales processes. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with corporate decision-makers
