Job Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent through various channels (job portals, headhunters, campus recruitment, etc.).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the talent pool to meet future business needs.
• Administer payroll processing, benefits management, and employee leave records.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues, complaints, and disputes.
• Organize employee engagement activities to enhance company culture.

Administrative Support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
