Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, Employee Grievances and Benefits for BCWs in Tuas as and when there is a need.

• Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records.

• Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of BCWs’ employee database & Management of the TMS – through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system, transportation operations, townhall & CSR activities.

• Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.

• Drive, coordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.

Skills & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

• Support the Accounts Manager in managing daily accounting operations (not full set).
• Process and issue invoices, track payments, and manage claims and petty cash.

HR & Recruitment:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, transfer or cancellation (Work Permit, S Pass), ensuring compliance with MOM requirements.
• Coordinate medical check-ups, pre-employment criteria (PEC), and exit formalities like resignation or transfer processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters or memos.
• Booking of flights
• Update and maintain accurate HR records and payroll systems (using Info-Tech softare), ensuring timely payments.
• Ensure that all site personnels check in and out everyday and MCs are submitted if reporting sick.

Administrative Support:

• Manage documentation, filing systems, and office supplies.

Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
