Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
• Facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.
• Experience in a marine construction company is favourable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Job scope

• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored (MOS, ITP, RA, safe work procedures).
• Assist manager preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
• Communicate with contractors to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Able to coordinate site work within trade contractors.
• Able and assist to prepare SD (coordinated shop Drawing) of M&E trades.
• Able to produce 2 weeks Look Ahead program or schedule.
• Able to conduct or lead site walk and presentation.
• Able to identify deviation of work within M&E work scopes.
• Able to prepare, conduct inspection and track progress.
• Able to conduct morning Tool Box meeting.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Spray Painter (Motor Vehicle)

• Working day 6 days per week
• off day is alternate
• must able to work holiday and Sunday if company require to work
• must able to carry items/materials

1. conduct thorough inspectins of vehicle before painting ensuring proper preparing and identificationof any damages or imperfections.

2. Mixed and matched paint colours according to manufacturer specifications and customer preferences.

Utilized spraying equipment to apply primer, base coat, and clear

coat layers, ensuring smooth and even coverage.

3. Conducted necessary repairs and touch-ups to painted surfaces

using specialized tools and techniques.

4. Followed safety protocols and maintained a clean and organized

workstation, minimizing the risk of accidents or mistakes.

Collaborated with other members of the automotive repair team

to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

5. Provided exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries

or concerns regarding paint finishes.

6. Assisted experienced painters in preparing vehicles for painting by

Position title : Junior Marine Surveyor

Working Location: Islandwide [On ship]

Working Days: 5 Day A Week

Working hours : 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs [Prepared to work irregular hour due to ship schedule/Public Holiday]

Salary : Basic $2300 excluding overtime (During peak period OT at least 20 hours) + Allowance depends after probation

Job Scope

To attend / carry out various types of survey on board ship and sites on cargo, cargo measuring equipment and marine related activities.

To perform marine survey onboard vessels and cargo inspection on sites in order to assess and report on their condition for insurance claim.

To verify the equipment onboard vessel to ensure compliance with various standards or specifications.

Job Requirement

Nitec/ITE related in marine or Diploma in Nautical, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering or Marine related from a local polytechnic/private institution.

Experience onboard vessel will be an advantage.

Prepare to work at irregular hours including Public Holidays due to ship schedule.
