Job Description

• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse,
• ensuring that all processes are efficient, and that materials and products are handled according to
• GMP standards. This role involves supervising a small team of 2 warehouse assistants, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments while upholding safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.

• Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and support in disposal, waste segregation and waste management activities as per NEA requirements.

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor inventory for missing or lost items and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Generate product labels as per customer requirements and ensure correct labelling for outgoing shipments.

Requirements
