Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the HR & Operational Manager
• Manage and perform all functions and aspects of HR with focus on the day-to-day administrative duties, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and the Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees
• Assist in other functions such as Benefits Administration, Payroll, Training & Development, and Performance Management
