This role involves support the management in creating and managing sub organizational structures, supporting change management initiatives and the sustainability and expansion of new initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Co-develop work processes with management to enhance efficiency and alignment with divisional goals.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with Allkin's overall strategies.
• Partner with shared services (e.g., Facilities, Procurement) to facilitate implementation of new site developments.
• Support the evaluation and integration of new proposals to align services across division. Working with the People Development team on manpower resourcing.
• Assist in developing and overseeing compliance processes related to data protection, procurement, finance, and HR. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Support the creation of risk management plans, including business continuity strategies.
• Establish consistent structures for use across services.
• Assist senior management in identifying service gaps and recommending new services.
• Represent the company in external workgroups and taskforces.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in Management or Organizational Development preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in operations management and resource planning within the social services sector.
• Experience in leading change management initiatives and overseeing complex projects will be a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of resource and project management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Innovative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
