• Provide budget and power consumption estimates
• Represent the company at meetings & design-workshops with clients/suppliers
• Work with large scale floor plans and calculate lux level
• Multi-task across all ES-team projects and work independently
• Manage project administration including Project Logs; Project Document/ Issuance Register & filing according to documentation standards
• Be responsible for time management concerning project deadlines; deliverables; meeting scheduling
• Continually enhance professional knowledge of new technologies
• Manage and continually update other staff about new products procured
• Provide Graphic Design support for marketing materials on an ad-hoc basis
• Proactive and creative in recommending products/modification in lighting stimulation to achieve target objectives

Requirements

• Min 2-3 years of relevant design experience in Lighting Design or relevant disciplines
• Experience on large scale architectural projects is advantageous
• Proficient or experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, DiaLux/DiaLuxEVO, AGI32, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Microsoft Office and Excel

• ingapore Based - East Coast / Kallang / Aljunied / Tampines / Bedok (Arrange nearby your home)
• Working Day: 5-day work week (44 hours per week)
• Basic UP TO $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE)
• Certified by ECDA at L1 / L2 category.

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver English Language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Mark students' scripts in accordance with the Company's guidelines and rubrics
• Ensure marked scripts are returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and cater to students' educational needs in a timely manner.
• Be actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum and innovation of teaching methodology.
• To provide timely feedback to parents and address their concerns appropriacy
