Responsibilities

• Configure and manage infrastructure systems, applications, and network equipment (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, firewalls, VPN, video conferencing).

• Familiar with Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controller.
• Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; PDPA familiarity preferred.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is beneficial.
• Background in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a plus.

Job Scope

• Deliver excellent frontline customer service and manage patient registration at the counter.
• Attend to phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Schedule and manage appointment bookings, including rescheduling when needed.
• Dispense prescribed medications.
• Communicate with patients and their families, providing guidance on follow-up care.
