Leave Administration:

The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Executive to support our Group HR Team. In this role, you will assist with key HR functions such as work pass management, HR documentation, training administration, and maintaining filing systems. You will also help prepare HR reports, support resignation and termination processes, and provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full range of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, including Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Onboarding & Offboarding, and Clearance.
• Handle work pass applications and coordinate with immigration authorities on foreign workers' matters.
• Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits, such as leave and medical benefits, in accordance with HR policies and guidelines.
• Prepare HR-related correspondence, including letters and other official documents.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies for sourcing candidates.
• Coordinate with vendors on dormitory-related matters.

Recruitment and Onboarding

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
