Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are efficient, and that materials and products are handled according to GMP standards. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Lead and manage a team of 1 to 2 warehouse assistants to achieve daily operational goals.

• Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and support in disposal, waste segregation and waste management activities as per NEA requirements.

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor inventory for missing or lost items and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Generate product labels as per customer requirements and ensure correct labelling for outgoing shipments.

Requirements
