As an HR Executive in an organization registered as an Institution of Public Character (IPC) in Singapore, you will provide support to the HR function and assist in managing HR operations and compliance with IPC guidelines. Job Description:

- Organize and maintain personnel records

- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

• Tracking: Monitoring attendance and leave for HCAs
• Communication: Providing timely updates and instructions to staff regarding their shifts.

Operational Matters

• Process Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations

• Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning operations.
• Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing goods and services
