Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, knowledge in ISO Tank/ DG goods/ Flexitank.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in leading a team
• Experience in handling overseas agents and offices

Jobs Scope:

• Manage and lead of the Sales team.
• Coordination between internal departments as well as agents and relevant parties on ISO tank and Flexitank trade matters
• Liaise with agency offices on sales activities, market situation, sales leads and potential customers
• Administration of sales order processing including sea imports and exports processes
• Ensure all destinations cost requests to agents from inside and outside region are responded promptly accurately.
• Manage all regional tender requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams as well as agents ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments.
• Responsible for the sales budget set forth by management.
• Set and execute the sales policy in conjunction with Company management.
• Negotiate sales contract with Asia Pacific customers that is in line with Company management and Pricing team.

Responsibilities

• Brand-in-charge to advise internal stakeholders on HR related issues
• Act as the first point of contact for all employees for all HR related issues
• Responsible for the follow-up & execution of all HR related processes e.g. confirmation, resignations, transfers, staff requests etc.

Requirement

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

• Prior experience in HRIS roles is very advantageous

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide administrative services (e.g., assisting patients with their appointments and making arrangements pertaining to their medical treatment).
• Perform service recovery such as managing complaints from patients.
• Chaperoning of patients to ensure smooth treatment process.
• Provide administrative support for corporate & insurance patients such as letter of guarantee, insurance forms etc.
• Ensure operability of patient hotline and to attend to enquiries from patients and clinics.
• Keep accurate and compete records consistent with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Organise and prioritise own workload to ensure provision of quality services.
• Demonstrate an organised, effective, and timely approach to all tasks.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
