• Follows up on foreign worker performance appraisals and updates accordingly;
• Handles worker dormitory matters;
• Follows up on manpower request from project sites through paperwork follow up (manpower requisition form);
• Handles subcontractor billing and back-charging of costs such as workers’ uniforms;
• Handles foreign worker and sub-contractor queries in a timely and effective manner;
• Other duties such as reconciliation of credit card bills by matching the invoices with the receipts before forwarding to Accounts Department;
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

As part of this position, you will be involved in a comprehensive range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, policy review, performance management, budgeting, and forecasting. Close collaboration with the management and corporate strategy team will be required, as you gain a thorough understanding of the various people-related challenges facing the organisation. Responsibilities

• Assist in employee payroll processing
• Assist in recruitment process, including screening resume, conducting preliminary telephone interview and interview arrangement
• Apply work passes for foreign workers including renewal and cancellation
• Prepare employment contracts and letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion
• Assist in CPF submission and preparation of tax submission and clearance
