Job Scope

• Efficiently HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or a related field.

Job Descriptions:

· Develop, coordinate and administer all recruitment process

· Conduct initial screening and interview of potential candidates

· Conduct the full on-boarding process of new hires (e.g. employment contract, register of medical insurance, issuance of uniform and etc)

· Organize and update employee files at the same time maintained security and confidentiality of employee’s information

· Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files

· Monitor uniform inventory and handle issuance of company assets

· Responsible for letters preparation (e.g. transfer letter, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation and etc)

· Administer employees’ confirmation and ensure timely processing of documentation

· Arrange and liaise with external vendor for the course for employees

· Process work passes application, renewal, cancellation and medical check-up and travel arrangement for foreign employees

· Liaise with schools and respective government bodies for internship and career programmes

· Manage offboarding related activities including exit interview

· Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance issues

· Adhoc initiatives and assignments as and when assign by the management

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

· Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team

· Proactive, able to mulit-task and work in a fast paced environment

· Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity regarding employee information

· Good knowledge on employment legislations

• Familiarity with industries requiring Mandarin-speaking professionals, such as technology, finance, or trade, is a plus.

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, Workday, or Lever.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• CRM tools and online sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.

• Familiarity with business-level Mandarin for communication with stakeholders in China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong is an advantage.

• Prior experience in hiring candidates in China & Hongkong region is mandatory.

• Experience in hiring for other ASEAN regions is highly preferred.

Working with the Manager, Human Resources and Administration, the HRBP plays the critical role of handling full spectrum of human resource functions that includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, payroll and compensation management, employee relation and other relevant people operation matters. He/she is responsible in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions, and an effective HR business partner to the business leaders.

Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition

• Work with Business Unit head to develop and execute recruiting plans.

Performance Management, Learning and Development

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Work Experience Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of hands-on HR Operations or HR Business Partnering experience.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resource Manager.
