Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage payroll processing using HR software, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
· Utilize HR software to track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime, ensuring proper record maintenance and policy adherence.
· Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of personnel records.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies, including payroll tax filings and statutory deductions.
· Drive recruitment strategies, screening, and onboarding processes to attract top talent aligned with business needs.
· Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide support in employee development initiatives.
· Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace environment.
· Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
· Generate and analyze HR metrics, such as payroll summaries, attendance reports, and attrition rates, to support decision-making.
· Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
· Proven track record of working with Info-Tech, EasyPay and TimeSoft software is mandatory.
· Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and analytics.
· Strong understanding of payroll processes, labour laws, and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
