1) At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Talent Operations

We are looking for a HR & Admin Intern who will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource team and general administration tasks within an office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative and human resource functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting and supporting the Human Resource (Happiness) team on daily tasks and studio management.
• Providing administration assistance to the team as needed.
• To assist the Happiness Team in executing internal and external events that reflect our culture and values.
• Provide hands-on support during events, including setting up venues, managing event flow, coordinating with staff and vendors, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Responsible for daily office management of Aleph Studio by overseeing daily studio operations and studio upkeep to ensure a positive working environment.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Prerequisites

• Diploma or degree in human resources/administrative management.
• The ability to work as a part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong ethics and reliable.
• Cheerful and positive personality.
