Programme Coordinator

Salary: $2000 - $3000

Working days : Mon - Friday (8am -5pm /9am-6pm) alternate Saturday (9am to 1pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning of annual calendar plan of activities for seniors and coordinating of the activities
• Assist in programme evaluation and telephone interviews/survey to gather feedback on the activities and programmes
• Manage queries and provide seniors with information and referral to services
• Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist to procure items when needed
• Assist Programme Executive to manage programme budgets and resources
• Assist to maintain databases for programmes and activities
• Perform general administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate
• With relevant experience is an advantage

Customer Service Executive (5 months contract)

Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport
Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Basic: Up to $3600

Requirements:
Diploma holder and above
At least 2 years relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities:
To receive all inquiries, take note of the caller’s particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
To assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
To maintain and upkeep the filing system and software on all aspects of waste information.
To assist Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operational in the team.
To assist Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence and marketing communications.
To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers’ requirements are met.

• Updating accounting records
• General admin duties as assigned

• Working Days: 6 days work week (5 days off monthly)
• Working Hours: 8 hour daily, start work on 12pm/1pm
• Salary: Basic $1500 + Incentives + Commission, gross up to $3500

Responsibilities

• Capable of explaining all the information of the product as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Implement shop merchandising, layout and attract customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, inventory and SO data.
• Build strong professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Responsible of the proper display of the products in the assigned store and report shop inventory and SO data.
• Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales in assigned stores.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and provide relevant information for better actions to strategic retail promotion.
