Duties & Responsibilities:
Ā· Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including conducting reference checks, to attract and retain top talent.
Ā· Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, which includes coordinating orientation, access card issuance, IT coordination, and exit clearance.
Ā· Prepare and administer a variety of HR-related letters, such as employment contracts, confirmation, promotions, and employment certificates.
Ā· Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, including WP, SPass, EP, Dep Pass, and LOC.
Ā· Administer worksite-related passes, managing applications, renewals, and cancellations for passes like Jurong Island, SIC, and terminal passes.
Ā· Maintain accurate employee records in the PAYMASTER System and P-file, ensuring data integrity.
Ā· Process training applications, manage training grant filings, and maintain training-related documentation.
Ā· Address employee inquiries on diverse HR matters, providing accurate and helpful information.
Ā· Oversee monthly payroll processing, including overtime hours and timely submission of statutory payments.
Ā· Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, and IR21, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Ā· Participate in statutory and ad-hoc surveys as required.
Ā· Manage leave administration, medical insurance, and work injury compensation.
Ā· Collaborate with government authorities and agencies on employee-related matters.
Ā· Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR programs, projects, and policies/SOPs.
Ā· Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Ā· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Ā· 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
Ā· Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly strong MS Excel skills.
Ā· Excellent interpersonal skills and robust analytical abilities.
Ā· Strong command of oral and written communication.
Ā· Resourceful, meticulous, and capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.
Ā· Ability to multitask and manage a broad range of responsibilities effectively.
Ā· Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
