Works closely with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential key accounts/customers to do business with PS. Establish, cultivate, and maintain key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors. This can be done in conjunction with distribution partners and direct engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining accounts (AR,AP, & GL)
• Ensure accurate, timely monthly/ yearly financial closing
• Reconcile cash and bank balance on timely basis
• Preparation of journals, schedules, reconciliations
• Includes administrative scope.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth objectives in the iron wholesale trade sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and market expansions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
• Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 10–15 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the iron or related sectors.
• Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  Proficient in market research and data analysis.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the wholesale trade and supply chain dynamics in the iron sector is a plus.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel regionally for business engagements.Proficiency in both Chinese Mandarin and English, as this role involves frequent communication with Chinese stakeholders.
