What you will be working on

As a Resource Manager, you will be involved in the implementation of resource management initiatives / programmes for CPF Board’s Infocomm Technology and Digital Services cluster. This position requires you to optimise resource allocation and to upskill our resources to meet current and future needs of the organisation.

The broad area of your responsibilities includes:

• To identify and prioritize the manpower needs based on the project demand to ensure there are available resources with the appropriate role and skillset to do the project
• To analyse resource data and perform resource planning for optimal resource allocation
• To provide up-to-date management reports on availability and forecast utilization to management and stakeholders on a regular basis

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of work experience in manpower resource planning, manpower outsourcing resource management or in a HR generalist function

• Familiarity in Project & Portfolio Management and/or data analytic platforms would be advantageous

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

We are a small team of 10 Engineers, admins, and drafter team providing Cable detection services.

We are looking for a self-motivated office admin at our company. Our admin will form part of an integrated team and should be comfortable working well with the rest of our engineers and drafter teams.

You should be well versed in using computer software, and willing to learn and improve on the job. Admins must demonstrate attention to detail and be attentive to the job on hand.

Job scope:

- Assist with office administrative task

- Bookkeeping using Xero (no need to have experience)

- Communicating and liaising with clients on their project

Requirements:
