1. Managing day-to-day adminitrative functions of the office
2. Handling filing and documentation works
3. Assist in Shipment & Purchasing Matters
4. Assist in maintaining and manage the stock inventory for sales and repairs.
5. Assist in preparation and order fulfillmet for local servicing
6. Handle request, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
7. Handle and process customers order for products such as generating invoices,uodating delivery schedule and records
8. Track the servicing and maintenance jobs with NCSC Department that are overdue and ascalate report to superior / management
9.Manage efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
10. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
