- Ordering of office equipment and stationeries such as toner, A4 paper, envelop and etc…

- Sending Statement of Accounts to customer every month

- Arrange courier service as and when required

- Prepare invoice and packing list

- Consolidate and submit petty cash summary to accounts every month

- Attend sales inquiry and process order via email / phone calls

- Process PO to vendors

- Update and follow up with customer outstanding order

- Liaise with customer of goods collection method and payment

- Assist Directors schedule and planning

- Ready to travel if required

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.

- Maintain confidentiality in all business and personal matters

- Responsible for managing both Director's personal and professional tasks, ensuring seamless operations.

Job Description:

- Handle Recruitment activities not limiting to pass screening, applications, prepare for workers arrival and contracting.

- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating internal data , processing new orders, and

- Tracking inventory.

- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues, management of clients accounts.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Higher Diploma / Degree holder

- Applicants with knowledge of MOM legislations are preferred

- Prefer with CEI certified.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to handle our daily operations and communication is most important to ensure workflow runs smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Delivery Management: Review and organize delivery orders each morning, plan and arrange daily delivery routes, and identify orders requiring installation to ensure efficient operations.
• Customer Order Management: Handle online order inquiries promptly and provide customers with accurate updates on their delivery status to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

• Tech savvy, able to use computer efficiently as we are primarily an eCommerce business
• Meticulous and attention to details is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Able to multitask efficiently
