Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum O/N level holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

• Support Work Permit recruitment process (application, renewal, cancellation etc)
• Create and update a comprehensive employee database tracker reflecting staffing and certification details.
• Issue Contract/Confirmation/Promotion/Warming Letters
• On boarding and Off Boarding
• Updates Overtime records and Payroll for workers
• Validate workers' claims and manage cash advance deductions.
• Monitor office stationeries and uniform stock
• Perform daily administrative duties and general office administration.
• Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry.
• Prepare necessary reports for management and inter-departments.
• Provide secretarial support to HR & Operation Manager.
• Other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Scope

• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update vendor list and profiles.
• Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
• Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting & finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Work Days:

Job Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries promptly.
• AP function - Check invoices and expense claims, process payments.
• AR function - Issue invoices and ensure timely payment from the customers.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST submission.
• Ensure accuracy & completeness in financial records.
• Sourcing and purchasing.
• General administrative & clerical duties of the daily office operations.
• Maintain office facilities and supplies.
• Any other ad-hoc work matters assigned by the Senior Finance Manager and Directors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
• Result oriented and with strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle partial set of accounting. Perform booking and data entry tasks.

Handle full spectrum of invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billings etc.

Manage account receivable ( AR), incuding tracking payments, following up on outstanding invoices and prepare monthly statement of accounts to customers.

Assist the Finance Manger with day to day accounting task.

Liaise with internal dept and external clients regarding payment matters.

Process E-Claim for staff.

Assist in various ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

Basic accounting knowledge is required

Preferably with experience in Quickbooks, Xero, Autocount or MYOB

Process good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong sense of teamwork, integrity and positive attitude

Qualifications:

GCE O level, LCCI, Diploma in related experience

At least 1 year experience

Proficiency in Mircrosoft Office

Knowledge of Quickbooks and added advantage

Job Responsibilities :

· Bookkeeping activities, filing of documents for accounting and administrative purposes.

· Assist in answering phone calls, replying emails, creating invoices/receipts and other day-to-day activities in office.

· Assist project team in sourcing of materials, making inquiry phone calls to suppliers.

· Assist project team in documentations (eg. creating quotations, invoices etc.).

· Assist in procurement of project materials/office supplies.

· Assist in preparing vouchers for accounting purposes.

· Perform inventory control, data-entry for budget control and operational purposes.

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :

· Experience in admin duties and bookkeeping activities are an advantage.

· Proficient in English language.

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software.

· Effective communication skills.

· Able to work independently and can perform duties with confident.
