Job Description:

· Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquires and feedback

· Raise Purchase Order to Supplier

· Raise parts quotation to Customer enquiry

· Raise Delivery Order and Invoice

· Update Sales and Purchase report for spare parts items

· Monitor and chase payment from supplier

· Consolidate Supplier data update

· Follow up new parts status order

· Familiar in order processing, Issue PO, DO, Invoices

• Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Coordinator work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Administration / Engineering / Operations

· With 5-6 years of experience handling operation / customer service coordination

· Familiar with heavy equipment products such as crawler crane, excavators will be an advantage

· Possess good communication with good interpersonal skills

Provision wide range of admin and project coordination activities, General administrative duties, Handling of incoming calls and enquiries, data entry & filling for company accounts, other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned, mail forwarding to client, inventory control and replenishment office and pantry supplies, handling telephone enquiries by clients, ensuring that office is kept clean and neat at all times.

Good typing skills, have some account background, admin duties, able to handle calls, good communication skills both in English and Mandarin to liaise wi Mandarin speaking assocates, PC skills in Microsoft. Singaporean / PR are welcome to apply.

Data & Reporting

• Including but not limited to weekly Open JR & Hire, LI, survey reports
• Data cleaning & analysis
• Provision of data for TA leaders and SLM reporting
• Provision of data for review of recruitment platforms and assess ROI (prior to renewal)
• Handling all other ad-hoc data requests
• Identifying gaps in the recruitment process resulting in inaccurate data

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience in an analyst or data-based role
• Experience with MS Excel, and other digital tools (e.g. Tableau, etc.) used for data analyses.

Job Description

• Preparing registration forms and payment receipts in preparation for new classes
• Ensuring all necessary equipment is ready and useable
• Stock taking of all items in training centre eg. assessments, learners guides, refreshments etc.
• Providing customers with information regarding courses and general enquiries
• In charge of class registration and deduction and collection of course fees
• Planning for class schedules and resources
• Ensuring that documents are in order before handing over
• Weekly reminders to learners to attend courses
• Submission of and endorsement of training grants
• Submission and endorsement of E-Certs
• Weekly updating and submission of Training Quality and Outcome Measurement (TRAQOM) for upcoming courses
• To assist in admin matters
• File documents and consolidate/ update data.
• Any other work as assigned.

Requirements

• Computer Skills include Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• IT savvy in using Training Management System to input learners information, enrollment, re-schedule and updating payments respectively for every course attended.
• Ensuring errors and lapse in documentation and administration are kept to a minimum
• Good listener and Team player
