Payroll Management:
- Accurately calculate staff commissions and bonuses based on performance metrics.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Ensure timely submission of CPF contributions and other statutory requirements.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and work schedules.
- Assist with HR administration, including onboarding documentation and staff records.
- Support day-to-day salon operations by handling general administrative tasks.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare commission reports for management review.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
- Ensure all data and documentation are kept confidential and comply with company policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, commission calculations, or general administration (preferably in the beauty, retail, or service industry).
- Strong proficiency in office software, example Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
