Job Description
· To be a HR Catalyst for our external customers and provide timely advisory on HR matters such as HR policy and local employment regulatory matters to our external customers.
· To deliver quality transactional HR services to both internal and external customers according to the established timelines.
· To supervise, guide and train the team as part of the competency & career development for the staff and building the team with a customer-centric operations cultural
· To collaborate with third-party vendors and internal functions to effectively manage related processes such as leave, payroll, work pass, insurance and etc administration.
· Continually assess the impact of HR processes and policies in the effective management of HR data and transactional efficiency to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with internal standards and local labour law; and implement procedures to ensure efficiency, data integrity and integration with Benefits, HRIS and payroll systems.
· HR Business Partner to key stakeholders and help drive our business and company’s culture
· Partner business through a proactive and consultative approach in various strategic human resource areas
· Act as a change agent by developing and communicating organisational strategy with management and/or employees, were required
Requirements
· For at least two years of work experience in construction industry
· Good knowledge about Employment Act, MOM & ICA regulations on working pass
· Hands on experience in Payroll administration.
· Good organisation and planning skills, ability to communicate effectively and problem-solving skill.
· Manager with good influencing skills and the ability to prioritise business requirements
· Familiar with Microsoft Office 360 suit, HRIS system such as InfoTech payroll and general software such as Google related office products
Work time :8.30am-6pm, Mondy to Friday
