Senior Human Resource Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings to meet the organizational recruitment demands and needs.

Requirements:

2. Good command in English and Chinese.

3. A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

4. Organized and able to follow structured work procedures at work

5. Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing sectors.

6. Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).

What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Lim Kim Hai Electric Co (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions for another subsidiary company (located at hill view) for 50 headcount. Job Description

Assist in full spectrum of HR functions which includes the following:

Compensation & Benefits Administration

• Full cycle of payroll management including employees’ data input into system, pay computation, bank transmission, CPF submission, IR8A submission, IR21 submission.
