• Perform daily duty on system monitoring
• Perform incident management and escalate incidents to Level 2 maintenance team
• Perform weekly Endpoint protection updates
• Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
• Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
• Perform ad-hoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
• Monitoring and check on physical health status of servers and data center
