• Position Title: Operations Admin / Operation Coordinator

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 7.30 am - 5.15 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,600 + OT + AWS + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage the daily administration tasks for the department.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
• Handle order processing tasks, including data entry and updating records in the system.
• Assist with planning and scheduling measurement and installation works according to customer requirements and standard procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the deployment of trucks and drivers.
• Help with vehicle scheduling.
• Prepare drawings with or without using CAD software.
• Coordinate with different departments and subcontractors to ensure orders are fulfilled and that documentation and billing are done correctly.
• Prepare and review all necessary documents, including costing, before passing them to other departments for processing.
• Verify subcontractor billings.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and scanning.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with numbers and technical drawings.
