We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing general HR operations, and enhancing employee welfare and engagement. Job Description

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Handle HR documentation such as employment contracts, job descriptions, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.

About the role

The Finance & HR Executive will report directly to the General Manager and provide finance, human resource and facility management support.

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily financial operations, including manage accounts, liaisie with outsourced bookkeeping company, and prepare financial reports.

· Manage budget preparation, financial forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

· Track donation received, issue tax deductible /non-tax-deductible receipts, and manage IRAS submission.

· Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation planning.
