Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Payroll

• Address employee grievances, feedback, and conflict management while fostering a positive work environment.

Insurance & Benefits Administration

Invoices

- Verify payroll and tax related invoices

General Payroll Administration:

- Manage BIPO system user access (resetting passwords for user login)

Exit Clearance (Local, Assignees, Transferee)

- Sign off the final clearance process for the last salary payment of exiting employees
