Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow assignments and instructions delegated by the supervisor.
• Build and maintain strong customer service relationships with customers.
• Exhibit patience when interacting with customers over the phone.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic phone call procedures.
• Analyze existing inventory data as required.
• Be familiar with all aspects of work within your department, so that in the event of a colleague's absence, you can temporarily take on their duties and maintain workflow.

Job Description:

• Issue invoices, schedule deliveries, and notify the logistics team.
• Issue order summaries after confirming details with customers and notify the respective drivers for pick-up and delivery.
• Issue cash invoices to a specific list of customers.
• Follow up with customer accounts for payment status and schedules.
• Manage the logistics team group chat and handle recorded phone messages.
• Handle all sales bill settlements for the week.
• Process supplier invoices.
• Pack and arrange stationery, uniforms, and other related office equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the office at the end of each workday.

7am-16:30pm (Mon - Thu)

7am-16pm (Fri or Sat)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the organization through the implementation of HR programmes and activities.
• In charge of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of payroll records in the HR system, and aligns with MOM guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
• Submit tax clearance and IR8A .
• Work closely with HR & Admin Manager to review and revise HR policies, processes in line with company goals.
• Handle in recruitment activities including posting of job advertisement, screening of resumes, interview arrangements and selection.
• Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations, etc.
• Hande onboarding for new hires and offboarding for resigned employees.
• Responsible for the preparation of letter, including but not limited to Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, etc.
• Update and maintenance of employee Personal file and information in the HR System.
• Monitor and prepare appraisal form for confirmation, work pass expiration and renewal of the contract.
• Administer leave benefit and medical reimbursement.
• Facilitate and provide support for grant application, coordination, checking and submission to relevant government agencies across group of companies.
• Collaborate, plan and execute employee engagement events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events.
• Handle HR and Sustainability reporting.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in HR or Business-related disciplines, or
• Minimum 3 years' related experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate staff training with HR such as Coretrade, Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC), BCA bracket license, etc.
• Distribute letters and documents from HR/Finance department to the workers.
• Help workers to check on their HRIS account with HR. (e.g. payslip, password access, etc).
• Compile Risk Assessment (RA) documents in softcopy and hardcopy.
• Call customers to change aircon installation timings when needed.
• Prepare service reports through email when required.
• New workers registration - thumbprint, dormitory, safety shoes.
• Follow-up with HR and Finance on worker's OT claim, parking claim, medical claim, etc.
• Prepare incident report on vehicle accident and work injuries when needed.
• Compile Warranty Service Repair Installation (WSRI) and update in CRM system.
• Tracking of procurement of equipment, materials and tools.
• Handle project administrative works including progress claims, payments, purchase orders, delivery orders, tax invoices, etc.
• Tracking of manpower deployment onsite and between projects.
• Handle all other administrative works which may be assigned by project manager and engineers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary or equivalent certificate.
• 2 years’ working experience, preferably in construction related.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the process of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, work applications, approvals, onboarding and offboarding, records keeping etc.
