Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees and track records.
• Administer and manage corporate and employee insurance policies.

• Handle work passes, visas, and regulatory requirements for foreign candidates.
• Manage IT service providers and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain ISO certification and facilitate audits.
• Maintain organized filing systems, take minutes, prepare reports/presentations, and manage executive calendars.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
• Administrative/ coordination experience (L&D, insurance, HR).
