- Handle full set of accounts (AP,AR and GL) using MYOB accounting software
- Process payments, billings and bank reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Maintain fixed asset registration and deprecation
- Maintain excel listing of Prepayment, Accrued ,Deposit, Leasing and Fixed asset etc
- Handle Payroll
- Able to provide timely closing of month end account and provide management report
- Liaise with external parties, e.g. suppliers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
- A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Applicants able to start work immediately are preferred
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
