As a Admin, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth scheduling of customer installations and handle inquiries from existing and potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a related industry such as telecommunications, utilities, or technology.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues.

Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between the reception team and management to relay any issues, concerns, or needs.

Problem Solving:
