Roles and Responsibilities:

• Regularly engage with equity terminals to review their operational and financial performance, aiming to maximize profitability through improved productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in setting and monitoring terminal KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and providing actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates on terminal performance, associated projects, and ongoing discussions to key stakeholders.
• Evaluate terminals’ annual budgets, including capital expenditure plans, and facilitate the approval process with Management.
• Analyze existing terminal processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement industry best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless project management and execution.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Maritime Studies, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in container terminal management. Candidates with additional experience may be considered for senior roles.
• Strong business judgment and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
• Basic understanding of financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
• Open to candidates from other industries; experience in shipping or marine terminal operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of contract structures.

We are looking for an Operations Assistant. You will be performing audit checking of consent forms which are required for the purchase of credit reports and is a critical function of our business to ensure compliance. You will be responsible for the adherence to stipulated turnaround times required for allocated segment and support process and system changes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Assists the Operations Manager in the overall management of the Building Services & Tenant Management (BSTM) operations of One Raffles Place to surpass Grade A office building standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assists to develop plans and manage daily operations for One Raffles Place to ensure excellent standards are achieved and requirements are met according to agreed service levels.
• Assists to develop policies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Assists to develop and improve SOPs and departmental BCP.
• Assists to ensure effective communication within the team and with internal/external stakeholders to achieve their assigned KPIs.
• Assists to review contracts' specifications to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Assists to manage capital replacement works, asset enhancement initiatives and maintenance repair/replacement whenever assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Management with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Grade A office buildings.
• Competent in reading and understanding technical/structural drawings, e.g. as-built drawing.
• Experience in sustainability practices, Green Mark Accredited Professional.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of statutory requirements/codes of practice on building services, facility operations, maintenance and safety.
• Preferably able to start work within short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Process payables and post transactions to the ledgers via VIM on a timely basis.
• Assists in preparing supporting documents and reconciles the GL accounts to the sub-ledgers.
