We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Perform, monitor and/or review customers due diligence, onboarding of customers to assure compliance with the AML rules and requirements.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of accounts and opportunities for purposes of onboarding, risk management and KYC assessment through Salesforce.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.
- Complete the annual compliance monitoring program.
- Any other compliance related matters and ad-hoc projects.
About You
- At least 4 to 7 years of banking regulatory or external audit experience in a big 4 audit firm, regulator or financial institution. Previous employment with regulator(s) will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, particularly in areas of corporate treasury risk function and risk management (with focus on market, liquidity and credit risks).
- Experience in local MAS and global regulatory requirements preferred. This includes Basel regulatory requirements (FRTB, CVA, IBOR transition, etc), Risk Based Capital Adequacy requirements, amongst others.
- Experience in performing internal audits or internal control reviews preferred.
- Meticulous and attention to details, possessing an analytical and enquiring mind-set.
- Professional, confident and highly motivated self-starter, with an ability to handle multiple engagements/projects in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Positive attitude to learn and strong team player.
