Role description:

· Support the main classroom teachers in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning of children

· Conduct daily routine care and related duties

· Assist in preparing and implementing the programs for children

· Assist with planning, share ideas and exchange feedback with the entire team once a month, adhoc basis and as required

· Prepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aids

· Evaluate and maintain records of children’s development

· To render basic first aid as and when necessary

· Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom

· Use positive discipline techniques at all times

· Maintain and build relationships with children and parents

Job scope:

• Receiving of goods and tallying of goods with paperwork
• Ability to learn and print labels for each pallet or goods received.
• Identify if it is frozen, chilled, or dry and to work with the team to help them put away.
• Other roles including picking and packing [ labels] for export and for domestic distribution by route.
• To support the preparation of materials request from production and to prepare in advance, [ if thawing is required] and to plan for the movement of these raw materials to production.

To support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer with a broad range of administrative tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle a broad range of administrative duties as well as ad-hoc projects in investor relations, HR, finance, accounting and compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma or equivalent

· 1-2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment

The Office of the Registrar manages criminal and civil cases in the State Courts by handling interlocutory applications and scheduling the trial diary, enforces judgments and orders issued in State Courts civil and criminal cases, processes appeals from State Courts decisions, attends to requests for State Courts case records and oversees all State Courts case records.

You will be supporting the Crime Registry and at times, the Pre-Trial Conference Centre. You will be involved in the following work areas:

• Process bail and court applications at the counter;
• Support Judicial Officers in conducting chamber hearings;
• Participate in initiatives and projects to improve work processes;
• Interact with members of the public, lawyers, enforcement officers, Deputy Public Prosecutors, Judicial Officers, etc in the course of undertaking the above tasks.

Please note that this is a full-time frontline position.

Requirements

• Ability to plan and handle administrative work well in an office setting
• Good knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in a customer service role requiring interaction with members of the public will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (latter would be necessary to communicate with court users who are Mandarin-speaking only)
• Good interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
• Ability to exercise initiative and multi-task
• Fast learner and work well in a dynamic environment
