Job responsibility :

• Support in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with conducting initial screening interviews
• Participating in the selection decision-making process.
• Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.
• Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, organizing training materials, and tracking employee participation.

• Conduct market research on employee benefits and present findings to the team.

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

• Students pursuing Bachelor in Human Resource, Business,, or related discipline
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant disposition with the ability to interact with all levels of employees

• Handle feedback, resolve issues with staff, draft replies, and ensure service standards are met
• Manage facilities, coordinate vendors, handle faults, and maintain records
• Resolve user queries, train staff, and manage vendors for policy compliance
• Manage dental lab and implant procurement, invoicing, and stock accuracy

Requirements

- Possesses a competent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

- Demonstrates strong computer literacy skills (in MSOffice applications such as MSWord, MSOutlook, and MSExcel) with the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize IP management software. Familiarity with IP management systems, such as DIAMS, Foundation IP, or Patricia is a plus.

- Experience in handling intellectual property filings via IPOS Digital Hub and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) is a plus.

- An adaptable and good-natured person who is self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Provide timely and accurate cost estimates to clients related to IP prosecution matters (patents, trade marks & designs, both local and foreign).

- Manage clients' IP records, ensuring they are up-to-date and well-organized, and preparing status reports.

- Assisting with the filing and prosecution of IP applications both locally and overseas, including preparation of documents related to IP filings, renewals, and recordals with IPOS and WIPO.

- Track and manage deadlines related to the clients' IP portfolios (patents, trademarks, designs, both local and foreign).

- Assist with the preparation of correspondence and standard reports in relation to clients’ IP portfolios (patents, trademarks, designs, both local and foreign).

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

1. Proficiency in operating the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, print sales reports, and handle cash register balancing.

2. Ability to input availability, track employee hours, and adjust schedules in real-time based on operational needs.

3. Ability to apply problem-solving strategies quickly to defuse guest dissatisfaction before escalation is necessary.

4. Ability to conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with food safety laws, such as proper food storage temperatures, expiration dates, and sanitation protocols.
