Responsibilities
1. Handle account opening, deposit, withdrawal, account operation, rate adjustment and other issues for high-net-worth clients
2. Follow up and track the account transactions of high-net-worth clients, receive and understand their needs and potential needs
3. Assist manager in coordinating internal resources to meet customer needs
4. Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.
5. Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
6. Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience
7. Developing good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
8. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction
9. Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
Qualifications
1. Passionate about client servicing with situational adaptability (to work with clients of different backgrounds)
2. Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
3. Excellent communication skills, friendly and professional communication attitude
4. Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
5. A strong understanding of equities\bonds\futures etc. in the region
6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin as you are required to work closely with our Chinese stakeholders based in China.
7. 1-3 years of work experience, with strong data processing and analysis skills
8. Ability to multitask
