At in:genius @Marymount, we are committed to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our students. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our vibrant team and support our daily operations.

Location: 191 Sin Ming Ave, #01-02, Marymount CC

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, attendance tracking, and filing
• Assist with student check-in and check-out procedures
• Escort students during bus drop-offs and ensure their safe arrival at the center
• Supervise and assist students with basic needs, such as trips to the restroom
• Oversee the closing of the center at the end of each day
• Manage communication with parents via phone calls, emails, and notices
• Support the planning and coordination of center activities and events
• Maintain and organize records, documents, and supplies
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude and a team player
• Prior admin experience is a bonus, but not necessary – we’re happy to train!
