Responsibilities

• Liase with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters
• Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

· Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.

· Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

· Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

· Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).

· Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.

· Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.

· Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.

· Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.

· Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

· Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.

· At least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management.

· Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, including receptionist duties and mail/courier handling
• Scanning of Documents and Assist in Data Entry into ERP system
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries of materials or products
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing
• Creating cost reports on procurement activities
• Provide administrative support to the procurement department as and when needed
• Manage documentation for ISO, Halal matters, etc
• Monitor office supply inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum O Levels or 4 years of relevant experience in Administration
