• Lead a team to manage all aspects of daily building maintenance (M&E Services)/ upgrading/repairs, support kitchen operations, manage tenancy agreements, security, housekeeping and store operations; and ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements and good support to various internal departments

HR Executive Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

• Manage recruitment for Full-time Roles (e.g. ICT Trainers, Software Developers, eLearning Specialist, Business Analyst), Traineeships and Internships
• End-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, qualifying candidates and conducting of first round of interviews
• Provide feedback and evaluation of candidates after first round of interviews to your Hiring Manager, Internal Stakeholders, or External Stakeholders where appropriate
• Maintain a talent pipeline of candidates to call upon when required

2. Retention

• Strategic planning of deployment / movement / replacement of seconded staff to ensure continual placement client’s site
• Monitor employee’s progress and ensuring the company culture stays positive and productive
• Answer HR related queries of fellow colleagues, and handle grievance cases if required
• Assist with monthly payroll and government programme claims (e.g. traineeship)

3. Retraining

• Work closely with Internal Stakeholder to roll out HR Initiatives that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient work from employees
• Gather training needs of new hires and work with them on the trainings to be completed
• Engage fellow colleagues on a regular basis to assess and provide any ad-hoc trainings that can be provided

Job requirements

• Have a degree or higher (does not need to be HR related)
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• further vetted on a case-by-case basis
• Need to be comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders

Dental Surgery Assistant

Job Scope:

To perform reception, registration, administration of patients’ visits, appointment scheduling, collection of payments in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

To demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in frontline services to patients.

To assist the dentists in all forms of dental treatment and look after patient’s comfort during treatment.

Assisting and directing patients in taking X-Ray.

Ensures the cleanliness and sterility of dental instruments & equipment.

Preparation of dental materials for the respective treatment.

Prepares a working space in the clinic for dental examinations and procedures.

Preparation of dental instruments and materials for the dentist and ensuring they are properly sterilised.

Handles administrative tasks, such as scheduling of appointments and filing dental records.

Requirements:

Min N/O/A Level/Nitec/Diploma

Candidate with or without experience is welcomed!

Outgoing personality & interested in hands-on roles.

Not afraid of blood and needles.

Able to work while standing and help with cleaning duties.

The Research Assistant / Senior Research Assistant will conduct research in deep learning and Artificial Intelligence, perform experiments, and publish research papers in top-tier venues.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer vision, and an advanced level of understanding and expertise in the field.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python)
• Familiarity with computer vision libraries and tools (such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received
• Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse
• General housekeeping to ensure workplace is neat and tidy
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
